PRESCRIBED QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE AS PER SERVICE RULES
Degree in Engineering in the requisite discipline from a recognized University or an equivalent qualification and except in a case where section 28 (b) of the Pakistan Engineering Council Act, 1976 (V of 1976) applies registration as a “Professional Engineer” with the Pakistan Engineering Council. NOTE:
i) Degree in Engineering in the requisite discipline means (Civil Engineering) Degree.
ii) Valid Registration Certificate issued from Pakistan Engineering Council on or before the closing date.
iii) Equivalence of Qualification Determined by HEC or Qualification Equivalent Determination Committee of Administrative Department will be acceptable.
iv) Where the Degree / Transcript is showing CGPA, a certificate showing Total / Obtained Marks or Percentage of Marks will be required from Controller of Examination.
AGE Male:
21 to 30 + 5 = 35 years
Female:
21 to 30 + 8 = 38 years
Age and sex of the transgender will be based on the contents of their CNIC.

If a candidate fails to submit Equivalence Certificate issued by the Competent Authority at the time of interview or whenever asked by the Commission, his/her candidature shall be cancelled.
